The wood/epoxy surfaces must be cleaned with a soft, well-wrung cloth soaked in water only or with a mildly soapy solution such as Howard's Cutting Board Cleaner. Once dry treat with the Butcher Block Conditioner oil.(Instructions on the bottle) . The wood/epoxy surfaces must be treated with Butcher Block Conditioner oil after use and then regularly 6–8 times per year or as required. Temperature and humidity affect how the wood/epoxy expands and contracts. So try and keep in a safe climate-controlled environment.

Water, coffee, wine or any other kinds of liquid spillages must be wiped away immediately. Use mats and coasters on wood/epoxy pieces to protect the surface.
