Once dry, treat with the Butcher Block Conditioner oil. (Instructions on the bottle) . The wood/epoxy surfaces must be treated with Butcher Block Conditioner oil after use and then regularly 6–8 times per year or as required. Temperature and humidity affect how the wood/epoxy expands and contracts. So try and keep in a safe climate-controlled environment.
